Moses Fully is WAE’s Agricultural Project Manager. Moses’s brings a unique blend of agricultural expertise and managerial experience to the realm of farming operations. Born and raised in Liberia, Moses migrated to the United States to pursue advanced education opportunities. His journey led him to serve over 20 commendable years in the U.S. military while concurrently achieving academic milestones, including a Master’s degree in International Relations with a focus on Global Security and Conflict Resolution, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management.

 

With a profound passion for agriculture deeply rooted in his Liberian upbringing, Moses possesses over 15 years of hands-on experience in managing farming operations within his homeland. His professional journey commenced as the Assistant Planning Director for the Bong County Agricultural Development Project in Kokoya District, Liberia. In this pivotal role, Moses assumed comprehensive oversight of all farming activities, ranging from land preparation, planting, and cultivation to the meticulous administration of fertilizer and chemical applications, irrigation, and harvesting processes. Additionally, he spearheaded the supervision of farm facilities and equipment maintenance, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.

Moses’s tenure as Assistant Planning Director was marked by proactive collaboration with the Director of Agriculture to identify and strategize areas for continuous improvement within the agricultural framework. His astute leadership and in-depth understanding of traditional farming practices, encompassing staple crops like rice, cassava, and various cash crops, facilitated the attainment of sustainable agricultural outcomes amidst diverse environmental challenges.

Beyond his managerial responsibilities, Moses actively engaged in community outreach initiatives, conducting educational
tours aimed at fostering agricultural awareness among diverse demographic groups. Through his dynamic presentations
and interactive sessions, he contributed significantly to enhancing agricultural literacy and empowering local communities
with practical farming insights.

Moses’s fusion of academic rigor, military discipline, and grassroots agricultural expertise positions him as a formidable
catalyst for positive change within Liberia’s agricultural domain. With an unwavering commitment to the agricultural sector
in Liberia, Moses Fully aspires to leverage his wealth of experience, interdisciplinary knowledge, and managerial acumen
